Browsing & account authentication
You can freely browse the Craftella collection without an account. Firebase Authentication supports phone sign-in by SMS OTP and email sign-in by secure link. A matching Firebase-verified phone or email is required for checkout. Browser local storage (localStorage) preserves your bag and a display profile; the server checks Firebase credentials independently.
Payments via Razorpay
Online payments are processed directly through Razorpay Payments (PCI-DSS compliant). Craftella never receives, collects, or stores your payment card numbers, CVVs, netbanking credentials, or UPI PINs. The server creates and verifies payment orders. Customer, item, shipping estimate, and payment status records are stored in Firebase Firestore.
Delivery information & Delhivery logistics
To deliver your handmade pieces, your name, shipping address, 6-digit delivery PIN code, and mobile number are shared with Delhivery Logistics. The server checks PIN serviceability before payment. Shipping amounts shown on the site are estimates. Contact details and delivery address are shared with Delhivery when a shipment is booked manually; this website does not automatically create labels or send courier tracking messages.
Customer communications
Founder & Artisan Harpreet Kaur does not maintain an email address. She communicates directly with patrons, custom-order clients, and supporters via WhatsApp and phone at +91 99271 17930. Customer support, privacy requests, and order management emails are overseen by Bhagatdeep Singh via support@craftella.fun and bhagatdeep@craftella.fun.
Data retention & your rights
We retain order records for accounting, delivery verification, and warranty/support purposes. You may request details of the personal data held about you or request its update or deletion by contacting Bhagatdeep Singh at support@craftella.fun.
Updates to this notice
We review and update this privacy policy whenever new technical features, payment integrations, or delivery services are introduced. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
