How do I care for pipe-cleaner pieces?
Keep them dry and away from heat. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Avoid soaking, machine washing or pulling on petals, beads and attachments. Store without crushing.
How should I clean bags and fabric accessories?
Ask us for material-specific care before washing. Until then, use gentle spot cleaning on plain fabric and keep water away from glued details, mirrors and embellishments.
How much does a product cost?
Everyday and Diwali prices are shown in INR. Enter your PIN code at checkout to see the estimated shipping charge for serviceable locations. Add items to your bag to order securely online. For custom requests or product questions, email hello@craftella.fun with the item name or code.
Can I request a colour or an initial?
You’re welcome to ask. The Manager will confirm which changes are possible, their price and the time needed before any order is agreed.
Are the products suitable for young children?
These are decorative accessories, not toys. They may include wire, small beads, magnets and detachable parts. Keep away from young children and pets.
Do you deliver outside India?
Craftella currently delivers within India only. Handmade preparation usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated courier transit is 2–5 business days by Surface or 1–2 business days by Express where available. Exact options and estimated shipping depend on a serviceable PIN code and appear at checkout.
